So what am I doing on this downtown corner all day?  News distribution is a government job.  I have a stack of newspapers which I hand out free to any who ask.
So why are there few takers?  It is one eight by eleven sheet, filled with triumphalist government propaganda.
So who brightens my day?  Who keeps away the loneliness?  Druggies of course.  See, cigarette papers are usually in shortage.
